the museum of Valignat

This museum recalls the life of the village of Valignat to XIX century and more generally is an academy of the life of our country. Various workshops of craftsmen were reconstituted and are animated punctually. One finds the workshop of clog-maker, the harness-maker, the shoemaker, the wet cooper, the cartwright and the boot maker. A forging mill, one oil mill of nut and a baker's oven as well as a laundrette was reconstituted. In the same way, a XIX century school room and an evocation of the presbytery are found. Concurrently to these reconstitutions, you will find an exposure on 500 m² of agrarian hardware.
